Would you like to learn and master the critical components of fast swimming?
The Princeton Swimming Camps strive to provide participants with the individual instruction, technique analysis, and training they need to take their swimming to the next level. The camp features the Princeton University varsity head coaches, Matt Crispino and Abby Brethauer, as well as an experienced lineup of coaches and counselors from around the country. Campers will receive detailed analysis of all four strokes as well as instruction on underwaters, starts, turns, and finishes. In addition, the coaches will explore concepts outside of the pool (race strategy, dryland, nutrition, goal setting, etc.) that will give participants the tools they need to help improve overall performance. The swimming camps are managed in a safe, fun, and collaborative environment at one of the best aquatics facilities in the country.
Join the Princeton Swimming coaches this summer and let them help you unlock the secrets to elite performance in the sport of swimming!
